Role & responsibilities

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Sales and Business Development:

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective team management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.

Operational Excellence:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the team.
• Implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance.

Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Keep the team updated on market trends, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
• Generate good walk-ins via team members

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
