Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads for IT services (web development, software solutions, bulk SMS, etc.) and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our services effectively.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales deals successfully.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in IT services or digital marketing (minimum 2 years).
Strong understanding of IT solutions, web development, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking software.
