Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
This role requires expertise in pharmaceutical marketing, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the development of promotional materials and campaigns in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports and actionable insights.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing practices.
Required Skillset:
- Strong expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in campaign management and market trend analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media marketing and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred
