Manager - Marketing (F&B Events)

Key Responsibilities:

• To develop intellectual property centered on F&B
• Curate quarterly events in collaboration with F&B partners.
• Close Alfresco Setup with F&B Partners for Courtyards 1 and 2.
• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale food and beverage festivals twice a year.
• Provide Retailer assistance with F&B plans.
• Drive package sales by developing and selling birthday party packages.
• Plan at least two Instore events per month.
• Drive sales of DE growing F&B partners.
• Promote F&B brands on digital platforms in coordination with Manager Digital Marketing.
• Organise a Cookery Master Class with renowned Chef at least once a month.
• Organise a TVC Tie-up at least once a year e.g.: MasterChef
• Plan & promote mall F&B offerings on the ATL platform.
