Job Overview: This role involves leading and driving all aspects of the marketing function within the organization, developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, revenue, enhance brand awareness, and achieve marketing goals.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on marketing expertise.
Digital Marketing:.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms, including social media, search engines, and industry-specific websites.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences through blogs, articles, and educational resources.
- Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to enhance online visibility and drive high-quality traffic to our platforms.
Email Marketing:.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and share valuable content.
- Segment email lists and create targeted messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
Offline Marketing:.
- Organize and manage offline marketing initiatives such as industry conferences, education fairs, and direct mail campaigns.
- Develop and distribute educational materials, brochures, and promotional content targeted at schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Build partnerships with educational organizations and influencers to enhance offline marketing efforts and expand reach.
Webinars and Presentations:.
- Plan, coordinate, and host webinars and virtual events focused on educational technology and industry trends.
- Create engaging and informative presentations that highlight the value of our products and services to educators and edtech professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution and effective lead follow-up post-events.
Lead Management and Nurturing:.
- Develop lead nurturing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel and convert leads into customers.
- Implement lead scoring and segmentation strategies to personalize engagement and prioritize high-potential leads.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Research and Analysis:.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the educational and edtech sectors.
- Analyze lead generation performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor/Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategy development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Strong project management skills.
Additional Information:.
- Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday).
