Job Title: Lead- UAC & Digital Brand

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Drive customer acquisition for Angel One through
• Google UAC - both install and engagement programs
• YouTube based acquisition campaigns
• Optimize channel and creative performance at a daily level to ensure the best possible RoI, ensuring a financially viable business
• Experiment with new methods and channels to find incremental benefits, working very closely with our Google partners

Who you are:

• A thorough understanding and on-the-job experience of performance marketing
• Deep focus and understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, specifically the UAC charter
• Experience handling high-budget (>10 Cr./month) and high-impact campaigns an absolute necessity
• Deep understanding of creative performance
• Full understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• End to end project management and structured problem solving
• High responsibility towards organizational and functional objectives
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong data analysis skills
• Must have: Spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets), full understanding of Google Ads, AppsFlyer MMP
• Good to have: SQL, R
• Must be able to develop and hire team members
