Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team at our Koramangala office in Bengaluru. This role is initially a one-year contract position, with the opportunity for on-roll employment after the first year based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist & Support: Aid the Regional Marketing Manager in executing the annual Marketing Integrated Commercial Plan (MICP) by identifying key issues and opportunities through detailed consumer insights and developing marketing strategies to address them.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Align with internal stakeholders on the execution and activation of all online and offline marketing activities according to the marketing calendar and activity plans.
• Budget Tracking: Monitor marketing expenses and report to the Regional Marketing Manager monthly to ensure proper budget tracking.
• Campaign Performance: Track and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly campaign optimization reports.
• Market Trends: Monitor and prepare routine reports on market trends and competitors activities.
• Operational Efficiency: Establish and improve day-to-day operations to achieve optimal efficiency by further developing promotional effectiveness and evaluation measurement tools/reports.
• Project Updates: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager with project status updates and process documentation, including marketing estimates, billings, and vendor invoices within approved budgets.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house design team to produce marketing communication materials.
• Content Creation: Write and proofread marketing ad copy for both offline and online campaigns. Produce creative content according to the approved Content Marketing Plan for websites, social media channels, EDMs, etc., to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Event Management: Organize and attend events such as webinars, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, etc. Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, editorial requests, promotional materials, and online activities.
• Internal Communications: Write internal newsletters and coordinate with BU managers to create content on a quarterly basis. Coordinate with local vendors for the production/printing of marketing collaterals and other materials required for internal communications and branding. Support business and enabling units with their internal communication needs.
• Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Raise PR/PO documents to ensure that various A&P plans are booked on time.
2. Coordinate requests for marketing collaterals for event and promotion activities.
3. Support the Regional Marketing Manager’s administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
