Job Description
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a marketing pipeline for showcasing Axelerants delivery stories. you'll work closely with Delivery Managers, Director of Delivery, Marketing Manager. This position will involve multiple campaigns, focusing on telling the stories of our successful projects and engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write thought leadership blogs, create compelling sales collateral, and work on website copy to highlight delivery stories.
- Event Strategy: Help strategize and execute events like MautiCon, Acquia Engage, DrupalCon, focusing on pre, during, and post-event activities.
- Community Engagement: Engage with internal and external communities to share delivery stories and case studies.
- Media Production: Create shows like DXP Deconstructed, QA Q&A, and other content formats that share delivery insights.
- Project Management: Leverage your past project management experience to understand and articulate project outcomes and challenges.
How You Will Be Supported
you'll have access to a dedicated team, including a Social Media Marketer, Events Lead, Designers, Inbound Marketing Specialist, Multimedia Producer, and a HubSpot Developer. Axelerants marketing function comprises over 15 professionals working cohesively to deliver results.
you'll also receive continuous mentorship, training, and support from a Career Manager and a Performance Coach.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must-have:
- Open, enthusiastic, and kind attitude
- Strong writing skills
- Good grasp of in-depth research
- Adaptability to different tasks and projects
- Ability to take and implement feedback
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with SEO best practices
- Background in journalism, literature, psychology, or research
- Experience in project management
In the next six months, you will:
- Create and follow a content calendar
- Launch a YouTube show focused on delivery stories
- Develop a lead pipeline through compelling content
- Scale content production efforts
- Conduct market research at the service level
