Team Supervisor (Data Expert) (Shift Work)

Main Purpose: Implementation, enquires, amendments and tracking of client specific projects. Main focus will be on Starter Pack creation and distribution, re-supplies distribution and variable Monthly reports when requested. Monitoring the Project Management Email Group.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Main liaison for set-up of new clinical trials for clients.

2. Monitoring and responding to enquiries and requests from sites and client contacts (CRAs, Project managers, Logistics team).

3. Receiving and organizing Site Lists from clients.

4. Liaising with Management and Business Development regarding new Study Setups this may require gathering all required information, contacting the client/sites and ensuring study is setup in a timely manner.

5. Site Setups Site lists received from client need to be input into a database file each client has such a file, the site lists get uploaded via an excel template into Maestro, and Starter Packs are generated for each site.

6. Generating air waybills, Starter Packs, updating address details and liaising with Marken international offices/teams to request materials/setups.

7. Address client specific processes and requirements in the Site setup process

8. Addressing any document updates required by various stakeholder, and/or identifying and addressing any service or process shortcomings.

9. Communicate with clients, other offices and agents regarding latest call & latest pick-up time schedules

10. Monitor and record delivery of study packs to sites and provide delivery reports to clients as required

11. Prepare and dispatch resupply of waybills to clinical trial sites

12. Work in a cross functional capacity to ensure the activities related to various entities fit with customer requirements and Marken Network Guidelines, policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Skilled in use of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Knowledgeable with computers
• Thorough understanding of Aviation/Airline networks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others
• Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills essential
• Flexibility in working hours required. Weekend coverage required in Customer Services in some cases
• Team Leading skills mandatory with data management.
• Preferred candidate from Mumbai (Maharashtra).
