JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage the team in proper manner.

• Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning.
• Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports.
• Use trends and reports to forecast requirements.
• Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned.
• Data Mining and Data Analysis to help the operations team in getting the raw data and turn it into the prospective dashboard which can be filtered out further, post analyzing the customer interest, location, and customer behavior.
• Responsible for preparing different kinds of reports as per the business requirement.
• Should be able to solve MIS, process related queries of the team members.
• Should be able to coach team members whenever required.
• Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processes.
• Completion of Task within the timelines
• Responsible for adhering the processes.
• Would perform other related duties & assignments as required by the Manager.
• Self-motivated and able to perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
• Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills.
• Should have good knowledge of VBA macros and Power Bi to consolidate redundant tasks.
• Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS SOP documentation to allow for smooth operations.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Month end reports
• Month end management decks
• Management Adhoc report
• Payment waterfall report
• Create and maintain historical trends on required key metrics.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate reports.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide data trends.
• Create and maintain required reports for audits.
