Position Overview:
As a Frontline Sales Person at Marixn, you will be the face of our company, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering them our digital services. This role requires a proactive and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate the value of our services and drive sales growth. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for sales, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:
Actively engage with potential clients through in-person meetings and generate adequate
appointments for the day.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and
addressing their queries and concerns.
Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our digital services and closing deals with
prospective clients.
Responsible to adhere business and reporting SOPs.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, client preferences, and
competitor activities.

Required skills and qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Should be prepared to spend time at client locations for new prospects. (B2B)
Must have a Two-Wheeler to commute
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Kannada.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Should be IT savvy with good hold over MS Office
