Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1+ years of experience into IT and NON IT recruitment
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Should have done Leadership level hiring
• Expertise in Headhunting and niche Level hiring
• Good command over sourcing tools like - Naukri.com & LinkedIn etc.
• Acting as a SPOC for various inter departmental coordination
• Expert in sourcing, screening and lining up the candidates as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience into IT and NON IT recruitment
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, telephonic interviewing, reference check etc)
• Ownership and Accountability for the given task
• Expertise in Boolean & Advanced search in Naukri.com
• Proven experience in Sales like Telesales, Inside Sales, Business Development Executive, etc., and IT profiles like Full Stack Developer, React Native Developer etc.,
