Job Description

The Support Analyst Intern will provide technical support and assistance, specifically aiding in JIRA management and documentation. Additionally, they will assist users in resolving issues and enhancing their overall experience with our products and services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

JIRA Management: Assist in the management of JIRA, including creating, updating, and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and FAQs.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing and resolving issues related to our products and services.
Feedback Collection: Gather and document user feedback to identify common issues and suggest improvements to our products and support processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Development, and QA teams to understand product functionality and support users effectively.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0 to 1 years of experience as an Analyst or similar role.
Basic understanding of JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
MS Word, and Excel skills for documentation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn.
