Job Description:-

• Develop cost effective indirect supplier base
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services.
• Develop negotiation strategies which are aligned with the business strategies and lead those negotiations to completion while pursuing full value and mitigating risk. Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Analyze financials, market risk, and supply risk for each project and be able to mitigate risk while bringing the best value to Ingevity.
• Knowledge of legal as well as commercial terms and conditions with the ability to effectively negotiate and draft legal language to mitigate risk.
• Monitor market trends and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with the operations, maintenance, and lab teams on service and supplies procurement to ensure protocols are followed and savings are recognized.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
• Work on L1 Supplier
