Profile Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced and spiritually inclined General Manager to oversee the daily
operations of our ashram in Vrindavan.

Job Summary:
We require a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7-12 years of experience in hospitality or
ashram management to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,
computer knowledge, and operational expertise to ensure seamless management of the ashram.

Key Responsibilities Area:
• Manage ashram operations, ensuring efficient services and amenities.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance and
operations.
• Supervise staff, fostering a positive and spiritual work environment.
• Coordinate events, programs, and activities.
• Maintain financial discipline, overseeing budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Enhance guest experience through excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with local authorities, vendors, and stakeholders.

Job Specification:
• 7-12 years of experience in hospitality or ashram management.
• Proven track record as an Incharge/Manager.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, accounting software).
• Ability to develop and implement SOPs.
• Willingness to relocate to Vrindavan or Local candidates preference

Desirable Qualities:
• Spiritual inclination and understanding of ashram culture.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing diverse teams.
