Foreman

Jobs and Responsibilities:-

1. Oversee daily activities of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans, and safety regulations and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Collaborate with other maintenance trades (Civil, General, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall maintenance.

3. Inspect ongoing MEP maintenance, installation and ensure all systems meet required standards and report to the Senior.

4. Ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for MEP work, monitor stock and requisition supplies as needed.

5. Enforce safety policies and ensure all team members follow safety regulations and ensure site activities are performed in a safe manner.

6. Maintain daily logs of site activities, report on MEP progress, and communicate to the Senior.

7. Ensure that MEP subcontractors understand and perform their scope of work in accordance with the maintenance timeline and quality standards, as assigned by the Senior.
