1. Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new markets and opportunities, analyzing data and trends, and creating sales plans.

3. Setting sales targets for the team and monitoring their performance.

4. Recruiting, training, and coaching the team, and creating a positive work environment.

5. Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

6. Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

7. Should have leadership experience and team management abilities.

8. Should have strong negotiation skills and experience in contract preparation and execution.

9. Should have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

10. Should have excellent communication skills with strong sales and marketing skills.

11. Proficiency in CRM software and successful sales metrics.
