Manager/ Assistant Manager - Sales

Experience:

1.Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding

target.

2.Preference will be given for candidates from Real estate industry.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

1. He will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing, training, evaluating the effectiveness of sales teams across various locations, and overseeing team members performance

2. Doing site visits, creating a research report as per the need of clients and suggest clients the perfect project for their requirement.

3. Should be Result-oriented, analytical thinkers and professionals with leadership skills

4. Should have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.

6. Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.

7. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures, Report on sales activities to senior management.

9. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

10. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base and increasing business opportunities.
