Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Network Engineer at Mapout Digital Solutions Inc in Hyderabad.

The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for network administration, network engineering, troubleshooting, network security, and network design on a day-to-day basis.

Technical Skills and Requirements :

Required :

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technology or any equivalent field with strong academic credentials is required.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a networking focused second line support role.

- Good English communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).

- An ability to demonstrate a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow & Jira ticketing system.

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts.

- Experience on Cisco Catalyst & Data center switches, routers and firewalls, hands-on Cisco IOS and NX-OS network operating systems and knowledge on routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.

- Hands on experience on PaloAlto Firewall and Panorama Firewall Management.

- Cisco CCNA, CCNP or higher-level certification.

- Good understanding of routing and switching.

- Hands on experience in Palo alto firewall, Cisco ASA , and Cisco ISE is good to have.

- Experience of NOC who have experience in managing, supporting of router, switches ,firewall.

- They Should be working in L2 Level or L3 Level.

- 30 to 50% experience of implementation of firewall.

- Good communication is mandatory.

Advantageous :

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- CCNA or CCNP Wireless.

- Palo Alto certification.
