Job Description

Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies across multiple channels, with emphasis on LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms
  • Qualify and nurture enterprise-level leads in the AFL industry through the sales funnel using our CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals for the AFL market
  • Analyze lead data and prepare insightful reports to continuously refine our strategies
  • Create and optimize LinkedIn content to attract and engage potential AFL industry clients
  • Manage and grow our prospect database of AFL industry leads, ensuring data quality and compliance
  • Set up and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients across the AFL supply chain
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferably from NIFT and FDDI with some background in AFL ( Apparel Footwear Luxury Segment).
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B lead generation or similar role, with a focus on enterprise solutions sales, preferably in the AFL industry
    • Certification in HubSpot, Salesforce, or both (required)
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot or Salesforce) and lead generation tools
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for AFL industry sales
    • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for B2B marketing in the AFL space
    • Strong network of current relationships within the AFL industry (highly preferred)
    • Understanding of sustainability practices in the AFL industry is a plus

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly for complex AFL industry sales cycles
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with high-level decision-makers in the AFL sector
    • Proven ability to leverage existing AFL industry relationships to generate leads and opportunities
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and strategies in the rapidly evolving AFL and technology landscapes
