Job Description

Manage client HubSpot accounts, ensuring smooth operations.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HubSpot usage.

Address any HubSpot-related questions or issues that arise.

Design and implement scalable HubSpot architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

Define and visualize customer journeys.

Analyze data to help clients identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with client and internal teams to align efforts towards common goals.

Use HubSpot and other data sources to uncover insights and make recommendations for improving marketing and sales processes.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their progress.

Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot trends, best practices, and related CRM platforms.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in HubSpot operations.
Expertise in HubSpot and familiarity with other marketing and sales technologies.
Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
