Role & responsibilities

• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
• Address parent concerns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Educational Leadership:
• Supervise and mentor teachers, ensuring effective implementation of the Maple Bear curriculum.
• Monitor and assess teaching quality, student progress, and learning outcomes.
• Curriculum & Student Development:
• Uphold high educational standards, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and holistic development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.
• Financial & Administrative Oversight:
• Manage the centers budget, track key performance indicators, and oversee admissions, NPS, and attrition.
• Drive operational efficiency through strategic financial and performance analysis.
• Community Engagement & Representation:
• Cultivate strong relationships with parents and the community.
• Organize school events and represent the institution at conferences and external meetings.
• Team Leadership & Development:
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
• Delegate responsibilities, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure team success.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Basic computer skills, including Internet, email, hand-held device skills, word processing, and
  spreadsheets.
