Senior Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities :

Business Analysis & Research

• Conduct in-depth market research on agriculture trends, challenges, and technology adoption.
• Analyze geospatial data, farm productivity insights, and precision agriculture trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and define project scope.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for new initiatives.

Client Reporting & Progress Tracking

• Prepare detailed reports, white papers, and business insights based on research and project outcomes.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track and document project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.

Collaboration & Strategic Support

• Work closely with the technology, product, and operations teams to align business strategies with tech solutions.
• Assist in fundraising efforts by preparing investor decks and presentations.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve product offerings and client engagement.

Preferred candidate profile : Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Data Science, or a related field

• Strong expertise in research, data analysis, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with GIS, remote sensing, and precision agriculture technologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects
