Developers must have experience with native platform integrations (Method Channels), third-party libraries, and cloud services like Firebase and AWS.

Preferred candidate profile : Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, GitHub Actions, Fastlane), and debugging tools (Flutter DevTools, Crashlytics) is crucial for efficient development. Strong knowledge of performance optimization, animations, testing (unit, widget, integration), and publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store is also required.
