Manupatra - Content Strategy & Legal Insights Specialist (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a Content Strategy & Legal Insights Specialist to lead a team and manage projects dealing with extensive volumes of legacy and current content.

- This role demands an analytical mindset, expertise in content strategy, and proficiency in emerging technologies to correlate, structure, and optimize content across multiple formats and platforms.

- The ideal candidate will ensure that all content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Management:

- Oversee the development, management, and optimization of a vast repository of legacy and current content.

- Establish and maintain best practices for content governance, taxonomy, and organization.

- Leverage content analytics to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.

- Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities to repurpose and optimize existing content.

- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Technology & Innovation:

- Utilize cutting-edge tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline content workflows.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and innovations in content management and digital experience.

- Drive content automation and personalization efforts using content intelligence tools.

Project Leadership:

- Manage end-to-end content projects, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery.

- Develop and enforce content workflows, calendars, and project timelines.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, UX, and IT teams to maximize content impact.

Continuous Learning & Development:

- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of tools, processes, and best practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to keep the platform competitive and aligned with user needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management or a related field.

- A Law Degree will be an advantage.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in content analysis, editorial roles, or strategic projects is preferred.

- Familiarity with SaaS products and databases is an advantage.
