Job Description
- Detailed understanding of Assemblies processes of Aero structures
- Analyze manufacturing drawings from Design Office
- Define and describe the assembly operations from definition. Creating manufacturing Routers.
- Establish work instructions or technical sheets the BOM (Bill Of Material) manufacturing assembly, testing, control and inspection procedures
- Define the tools
- Calculate the execution times of each operation
- Follow up (or create DQN and forward them to the design office
- Answer issue raised from production
- Improve the technical sheets following the workshops remarks
- Organize and carry out process validations PFMEA
- Experience in assembly routings, time calculation, special processes, FAL of aero structures
- Shop floor layout for assembly lines and optimization
- Cost estimation associated with industrialization of new assembly lines
- Understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Wiring harness and Cabin interiors advantageous
- FAI and APQP activities
- Front end with customers SPCs to understand requirements in details and define execution work plan
- Technical guidance to team Support technical reviews during execution
- Lead pilot projects
