Requirement for Deputy CFO(Finance and Secretarial)
Job Objective:
- To ensure efficient funding and investments for the growth of company.
- Drive Company Secretarial, financial planning & analysis, budgeting & costing and MIS functions in the organization in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
- Constantly track and monitor their progress and highlight deviations.
- Identifying external financial institutions for investments for uplifting of existing and upcoming projects.
- Assist in finalising the financial funding decisions such as fixing and review of the Debt Equity ratio in collaboration.
- Monitoring the investment portfolio of the organization to ensure maximum return on investment in line with defined investment guidelines.
- Provide consultation in managing the relationship with banks and financial institutions to ensure cost effective and preferential services for Company.
- Advising the company in financial review / documentations for all the upcoming new Joint.
- Development / Joint Ventures.
- Advising the company in documentation for new leases in retail / commercial projects, deviations from the standard terms.
- Collaborate with external lawyers to evaluate cases regarding Financial and highlight concern areas and recommend risk mitigation strategies / options.
- Collaborate with all MDPL partners in contract definition.
- Review the final agreements from finance perspective and ensure minimal risks to the organization.
- Guide the company in interpretation of financial laws with respect to construction, real estate and environment applicable to the business.
- Guide and direct other functions on compliance matters both at the corporate level and at the site level.
- Timely and efficient coordination with the business partners on all issues of disputes and policy interpretation.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by management on timely basis.
