Looking after end-to-end management of finance and accounts as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to management

• Monitoring progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters
• Reviewing, implementing, and adapting new and existing financial systems and controls.
• Preparing financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts.
• Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting.
• Analysing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments & obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
• Liaising with internal and external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise
• Driving initiatives in the team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
• Achievement oriented professional with excellent people management skills and an ability to manage change with ease

Review and approval of Bank, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Payroll, Inter company, Direct and indirect taxes & Provision reconciliations in Blackline.

• Perform detailed P&L and Balance Sheet review during month close to ensure completeness and accuracy of Books of accounts.
• Provide variance analysis based on entities and direct respective teams to account or adjust over and under accruals.
• Review and approval of monthly VAT & WHT payments and Quarterly & yearly returns.
• Filing of statistical returns with statutory authorities relating to Direct & Indirect taxes and others.
• Liaise with auditors on Statutory & SOX audits.
• Ensuring compliance with LSEG Accounting policies and Local Tax & GAAP requirements.
