- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Stay updated with accounting standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Over 2 to 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficient in Tally accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
