We have been mandated by a large conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Position Title : Enterprise Application Lead

Location : Kolkata

Experience :15 - 20 Years

Educational Qualification-Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field

Job Description:

- Lead SAP CoE and partner teams in designing, implementing, and supporting key business systems.

- Analyze and optimize SAP FICO and related modules (MM, SD, PP, PS, PM & QM) with testing, support, and user training.

- Map business processes, develop systems strategies, and implement roadmaps.

- Mentor project teams, review deliverables, and manage team integration.

- Gather business requirements, create business cases, and drive project execution.

- Manage support teams/vendors, ensuring high-quality service and SLA compliance.

- Ensure project standards, issue management, and system compliance.

- Lead multiple projects, manage resources, budgets, and deliverables.

- Expertise in SAP technical design, data archiving, S4 Hana, and SAP R/3.

- Ensure system compliance with statutory and control requirements.

- Manage SAP Access Controls, SOD, and License Management.

- Lead team mentorship and career development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.

- 15-20 years of SAP ISU (FICA) experience in both regulated/deregulated environments.

- Strong knowledge of SAP system development, lifecycle, and project management.

- Led 2+ end-to-end SAP ECC or S4 Hana implementations.

- Strong business acumen and experience in driving workshops, blueprinting, and training.
