Summary:
As an Application Lead for Custom Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries and utilizing your technical expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality, identifying and addressing technical debt and other issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.


Professional & Technical Skills:
Mandatory:S/4 HANA implementation work experience.
- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience in other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and FICO.
- Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP applications.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and best practices.
- Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring code quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
