Customer Relationship Officer

Role & responsibilities:-

• Understanding customer requirements and closing sales.

• Comfortable in generating leads over the phone through cold calls.
• Generating need of financial products in prospects of personal loans.
• Responsible for collecting all required documents from the customer, verifying and validating the documents and KYC of the customer and overlook the entire journey till disbursement.
• Maintain courteous contact with existing clients over phone calls.
• Supporting in a range of financial products (Unsecured Loan/Personal Loans) over the calls.
• Becoming a SPOC since the filing of application till its disbursal.
• Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language.

Preferred candidate profile:-

• 2.5 - 5 years of proven experience in inside sales/ telesales/ telemarketing.

• Should be Confident & Dynamic.

• Good Communication Skills.

• Good presentation skills.

• Quick understanding.

• Flexible and have Can Do approach

• Pro-active and ready to take initiative.
