Role & responsibilities 1. Calendae and schedule management - Manage the Director's Calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation and appointment scheduling.
2. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including travel arrangements.
3. Communication handling
4. Act as the point of contact between the director and internal team and external clients.
5. Screen, priortise and responds to emails, phone calls and other correspondence on behalf of the directors.
6.Prepare, draft and review documents, reports and presentations as needed.
7. Project assistance and coordination
8. Assist in managing tracking key points, ensuring deadlines and deliverable are met.
9.Travel Management - Handle all travel related arrangements, including booking flights, accomodation, transportations and preparing itinaries.
10. Confidentiality and information Management - Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
