Business Development, Liaisoning, and Society Redevelopment Head

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and government agencies.

3. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

2. Liaisoning:

1. Establish and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.

2. Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

3. Negotiate and facilitate partnerships, collaborations, and agreements.

3. Society Redevelopment:

1. Develop and implement redevelopment plans for societies.

2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

3. Engage with society members, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.

2. Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, liaisoning, and redevelopment, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.

3. Skills:

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity software.
