What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify manpower requirements
• Source potential candidates through various sourcing channels such as job portals, career page, IJPs etc.
• Plan interview & selection process including screening of candidates, organizing functional round of interviews with stakeholders
• Create a talent pipeline for all critical roles through talent landscaping for future requirements by evaluating the manpower budgets and manpower requisitions
• Ensure an appropriate number of quality profiles are sourced
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through coordination and follow ups with stakeholders
• Prepare TA tracker to track TA metrics like offer to acceptance & offer to  join ratio
• Ensure right salary fitment for all selected candidates across all levels through effective negotiations
• Ensure compliance with TA policy for all hirings
• Ensure completion of Pre-Onboarding process is completed for all prospective joinees
• Ensure the completion of administrative onboarding process before the date of joining
• To ensure complete TA process is adhered to through Success Factors

What We Are Looking For:

• Any Graduate + MBA in HR.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the role of Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
