Job Description
- Highly skilled Software Requirements Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting the software requirements for our projects.
- Experience: 3-8 Years
- Qualification: B E/ B.TECH Electronics & Communication
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather detailed software requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure they align with business objectives and project goals.
- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirement documents, including use cases, change requests, and functional specifications.
- Act as a relationship between stakeholders and the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Participate in requirement validation sessions to ensure the requirements are feasible and testable.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, DOORS).
- Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
