We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring that the companys finances are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Indian accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Accounting:
• Maintain and update financial records in compliance with Indian accounting standards.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and queries.
• Taxation:
• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and laws.
• Support internal and external audits related to financial records and tax filings.
• Financial Reporting:
• Generate financial reports and summaries as required by management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely data entry.
• Compliance & Internal Controls:
• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in handling accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Focus-9, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Indian GAAP and familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Languages Preferred: English, Kannada & Hindi is a must.
