Client Support Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Support Lead to oversee customer relationships and ensure successful delivery of solutions related to electrical power systems, earthing, and lightning protection design. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a customer-first approach to meet client needs and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for electrical and power system projects.
2. Technical Support & Guidance
• Review, interpret, and provide feedback on client requirements related to electrical systems, earthing, and lightning design.
• Ensure solutions align with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, BS, and local regulatory codes.
3. Project Coordination
• Facilitate client feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive expertise.
5. Team Leadership
• Mentor and guide support staff, fostering a culture of excellence in client service.
• Develop training programs for team members to enhance technical knowledge and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical power systems, earthing, lightning protection, or a related domain.
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, PSCAD, or similar electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of national and international standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, BS).
• Proven track record in client support and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in power systems, Earthing and lightning protection designs
• Proficiency in CRM tools and platforms for managing client interactions
