Job Summary:

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance Manav Energy's online presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, with a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and growing brand awareness in a B2B environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across all channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
    • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
    • Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote company services, industry insights, and thought leadership.
  • Content Creation:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop high-quality digital content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and case studies.
    • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • SEO/SEM Management:
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the companys search engine ranking and increase organic traffic.
    • Manage paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of SEO/SEM strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and user engagement.
    • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
    • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and on-brand digital content.
    • Manage online reputation and respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on digital marketing activities and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector or industrial B2B marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
