We are looking for candidate with 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition .
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and growth ambitions
- Setup, lead, mentor, and manage team of skilled recruiters, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders / global stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and enhance relationships with external hiring partners / agencies, job boards/ social media, campus, diversity forums and other talent sources to enhance organization's reach
- Own the entire hiring candidate experience including system workflows - job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, reporting
- Implement and maintain a robust applicant tracking system to streamline recruitment processes, track candidate progress, and own decisive MIS reports / TAA dashboard
- Own contract management, performance reviews and cost prudency of hiring channels with the yearly TAA budget
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Support TAA setup and setup for other geographies working in tandem with Head of People, GSC and consulting firm.
