Key job responsibilities
1) You will work with multiple stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
2) You will influence strategic technical as well as business decisions.
3) You will keep multiple stakeholders including senior Amazon leadership updated on the progress, call out risks, anticipate bottlenecks, perform escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and, encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit. - 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- 3+ years of quality assurance teams management experience
- Experience managing manual testers
- Experience managing automation testers
- Experience testing web technologies and back-end services
- Experience identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results with a strong QA background
