Job description for Presales Manager:
- Monitoring the Overall Productivity of the Pre-sales Team.
- Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Management.
- Ensuring Team Performances.
- Overseeing the overall Pre-sales Operations.
- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organization in case of a shortfall by the Team members.
- Capturing leads, qualifying them and then routing such leads to sales for effective closure.
- Responsible to ensure a call conversion to a Site Visit.
- Maintaining a track record of Daily inbound and outbound calls to be made to customers, as required during an online campaign / increased traffic of leads.
- Arranging Client Appointments with Sales.
- Managers at on-site locations.
- Understanding competitors to understand their project offerings.
- Interacting with the Marketing teams for measuring the effectiveness of each promotional activity.
- Interacting with the Sales & Marketing teams on behalf of the Contact Centre for maximum filtration of leads received for better sales conversion.
- Extensive co-ordination with various support teams across to ensure complete & satisfactory resolutions in order to achieve customer delight.
- Act as a coach for new executive officers & motivating them to meet and over achieve their targets.
- Preparing Databases for marketing campaigns.
- Sending Marketing E-mailers and SMS to the clients as per campaign.
- Preparing Client Data from the overall database for Lead Harvesting.
- Ensuring highest level of sincerity, integrity and honesty while dealing with customers.
- Adherence to Audit and Compliance norms.
- Preferred Exposure to Calling Software Like selldo.
