Manager - Learning & Development II SAAS Product II

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver training programs on the SearchUnify product for internal teams and external clients.
  
• Create training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and e-learning modules.
  
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  
• Assess the training needs of different stakeholders and customize training programs accordingly.
  
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees to ensure they can effectively use the SearchUnify product.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  
• Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
  
• Assist in the development of a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 4-7 years of experience in product, customer success, technical product training, SAAS tech sales, preferably in the technology or software industry SAAS.
  
• Proven experience in Learning & Development (L&D) is an added advantage.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working with software products.
  
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
