Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage ELV systems such as IP CCTV, access control, PAVA, and ICT/telecom systems.
• Coordinate operations, maintenance, and team management for ICT/Telecom/ELV systems.
• Develop processes and ensure compliance with design standards (TIA/EIA, BS, BICSI).
• Create operating guidelines for network schematics and system modeling.
• Oversee ELV systems like fire alarms, AV systems, security, parking, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Manage a team of ELV engineers and ensure on-site project success.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in ELV system design, operation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in ICT/Telecom systems and related building systems.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
