Poor culture. The way they treat their employees is like treating a slave. There is no benefits for employees in this organization. Never recommend this company to anyone.

No professional handling & No Frequency in campus hiring. UDS has no idea what to do with newly hired campus Guys. Because of that, some Managers are not able to handle campus hired guys. Reporting bad to management. Anyway we will have such useless guys ignore them and start to come up and prove them.

Dislikes

No individualism between those who really work hard and the person dodging. Poor Management. Bad roads, Reputation in campus hiring is very poor. Only two good thing u can learn in hot seat & get timely salary. Person who wants to start the career this is not the correct place. For married man u can choose UDS for work life balance . Anyway All the best.

Not want to disclose the work culture. I had a very bitter bitter experience in UDS. Pls do not recommend this company and its treatment of staff to anyone. There is no job security there for anyone. The top top most level treats the higher level people to a very very pathetic level. Pls do not recommend this company to anyone.

Very bad culture. Always gives pressure to junior employees. Many old people are working in very comfortable zone .and because of them very difficult to survive in gurgaon branch. Such a bad culture and people. Think before once before joining UDS.

There is nothing to like the working with Updater Services limited.

Dislikes

Unlikely unethical approach with employees. Management's approach is to get resignations from employee by giving them extra load where employee doesn't get any appreciation or benefits not even handsome appraisal which in result comes into forced resignation which is unethical and employee is free to file complaint against company but doesn't file all because for future job securities.
