Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in IoT and Industry 4.0 to lead digital manufacturing projects for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical and functional skills, excelling in client engagement, innovation, solution development, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovation efforts in Industry 4.0 by developing assets and accelerators to unlock new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospective clients to design and deliver Industry 4.0 solutions, including proof-of-concept execution.
• Conduct workshops with clients to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage both offshore and onsite teams to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Lead team capability development to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.

Key Requirements:

• 11-13 years of experience in IoT/Industry 4.0.
• Proven ability to engage with clients, identifying use cases and addressing digital transformation needs.
• Extensive experience working in process manufacturing industries (e.g., CPG, Pharma).
• Deep expertise in manufacturing processes, real-time OT/IT data integration, industrial automation, and Industry 4.0 architectures.
• Proficiency in Digital Twins, Edge computing, and data engineering technologies.
• Strong background in developing analytical solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in IoT analytics using Python, PySpark, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing implementation teams across the full lifecycle of cloud applications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven track record in leading successful Industry 4.0 projects from concept to implementation.

Qualification:
Bachelor s/master s in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Automation, etc.)
