Vertical : Execution
Reporting to : Vice President / Asst. Vice-President
Max Target Fixed Pay - Upto 25 Lakhs per annum + Bonus
Job Location - Mumbai
- Understanding of capital markets in India & Globally.
- Knowledge and experience in executing various capital market products - IPO, FPO, Rights Issues, QIP, Buyback, , Open Offer, Delisting, OFS .
- Updated Knowledge of SEBI and Stock Exchange regulations and Companies Act.
- Experience in Product areas
- Knowledge and experience in executing various capital market products - IPO, FPO, Rights Issues, QIP, OFS, Buyback, Open Offer, Delisting, and Government Disinvestment and having completed a few transactions end-to-end.
Position Objective / Responsibilities:
- Manages execution relating to IPOs/FPOs/Right issues/Open offer/ Delisting/ Govt. Disinvestment end to end
- Supervise document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for public issue / Rights Offers etc., due diligence and execution of Equity Capital Market transactions
- Supervise the execution and successful closure of Equity capital market transactions
- Coordinate and work closely with the ECM team on all aspects of regulatory compliance
- Responsible for regulatory and internal compliance of Merchant Banking business
- Liaise with regulators, clients, intermediaries and interacting with the stock exchanges from deal execution and approval perspective
- Responsible for contributing to business development by bringing in early lead for capital market products and ensuring client engagement with the help of the coverage team
- Responsible in ensuring risk management and compliance with various SEBI Regulations and meeting all disclosure requirements
- To play a lead role in negotiation with various transaction agreements with clients and third parties
- Investor Grievance handling pre & post issue
- Assisting in the post issue co-ordination work up-to the listing
- Comply with the Compliance and Risk policy of the Company
- Spearheading various regulatory changes and providing recommendations on regulatory changes to SEBI committees
- Imparts product knowledge to subordinates and peers in Capital market products

- Deep domain expertise of SEBI Regulations including ICDR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations
- Ability to manage crucial and difficult situations by providing innovative solutions and problem solving with clients
