Role & Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning and managing engagements, including data gathering, research, preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials, pitch decks, regulatory presentation, transaction execution, and other merchant banking activities.

- The candidate will be working directly with the client and the senior team. As the company continue to grow, the candidate's input will be essential for technical matters and operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Candidates should have at least 2-5 years of prior experience in core Equity Capital Markets (ECM)/Merchant Banking Division services.

- Qualified Company Secretary with LLB (shall be preferred).

- The candidate shall have hands on experience on the applicable regulatory provisions under the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations in relation to drafting of offer documents, diligence, legal compliances, reviewing agreements, minutes, and resolutions, FEMA regulations.

- Experience of working on atleast 2-4IPOs/Rights Issue/QIP/Takeover/ Buyback/ Delisting.

- Restructuring Analysis and Examining Financial Statements.

- NCDs/AIFs/Corporate Trusts.

- Candidate should be good at legal compliance, reading financial statements and MS Office.

- Good written and presentation and communication skills.

- Problem solving ability and able to deliver in given timeline.
