Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Front Line Sales Manager to join our team in Hassan. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
- Conduct regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance team skills.
- Guide the team in lead generation, customer engagement, and closing sales.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Travel within Hassan and nearby areas to support sales growth and client relationships.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in team management, business development, and customer acquisition.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Hassan and nearby areas.
