Premise Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Premise Manager to oversee the maintenance and development of the premise. The successful candidate will ensure that all premises are safe, secure, and operationally efficient, supporting our growth and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of all branch facilities, ensuring they are operationally efficient and meet organizational standards.
• Monitor the condition of buildings and grounds to ensure that appropriate standards are achieved.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise repair activities to ensure timely and effective completion.
• Manage facility budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
• Plan and implement branch expansion projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and implement facility improvements and expansions.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Handle emergency situations and incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

• B.E./BTech/MTech/M.E. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years proven experience as a Premise Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
